• How long does it take for my purchase to be delivered in-game?
  • It can take anywhere from 1 minute to 10 minutes. If you are experiencing issues receiving your purchase, please reach out to us via email or in-game.
• Can rank perks change in the future?
  • Yes, as the server is still in an "early-access" state balancing and changes can occur through frequent updates. Any permissions removed from your rank will stay with you but if that is not the case please reach out to us via email or in-game to get it resolved.
• Will I keep my rank after server resets?
  • Yes, ranks are permanent!
• How do I claim crate keys?
  • Crate keys can be claimed by right-clicking the correct chest at spawn!
• Can I transfer my purchase(s) to another player?
  • Purchases can be gifted to other players via the webstore but after purchasing ranks and other purchases cannot be transferred to other players.
